When will a company be able to administer and upload company letter head for employees to choose from via Admin Client or Policy rather then having to modify the mail template? Seems like this should have been done a long long time ago.

Adding a Custom Letterhead to a Mail-file Template is almost as easy as “uploading”. Once you have made the necessary modifications, it should be selectable via the Notes Client.

In addition, you could contact IBM Lotus Support and request that an Enhancement Request be made to simplify this process. I am aware of several existing requests - the more “weight” added, the more attention this will get from IBM Lotus Development.
