Compacting in 6.5

Hi,

Iam using Domino 6.5, whenever I try to compact certain files , Im getting the message as You do not have access to the object store!!! Can somebody help me on this???

Subject: Compacting in 6.5

When the compact runs it shuts down the server at a randam database each time. Has anyone seen this problem or know how to fix it.

The server is installed on NT 4 sp6 Domino 6.5.1

I’m having the same problem.I tried copy style compact with ignore option and it works…lo compact mail/xxx.nsf -c -i

What i don’t understand is :“cannot access to the object…etc…” is a message related to shared mail but i don’t use it…

Can anyone explain why …
