Hi,
I currently run Compact -B on a large mail file directory and it takes a while and disrupts other programs/schedules/tasks.
Is there a way via the Compact task that I can specificy or granulate which mail files are compacted ? For example is there a Compact switch that would allow me to compact mailfiles A-M at one time then N-Z at another (or similar) ?
Thanks in advance.

Subject: Compact Switch Options For Large Mail Directory
Hi
I am not sure if you can use wildcards and maybe separate the task on several intervals.
What I do with large mail folders its to separate them.
mail01, mail02, mail03, etc
And then you run the tasks on each folder individually, which different intervals at night.
The problem is that you might need to change a lot of person documents.
Dont know if this helps
