Need your input…We have upgraded our server from 6.02CF2 to 6.5.2. Before the upgrade our schedule program has been working fine. Now, the program runs but shows 0% compacted on all mail database. Only option that’s working is -B. Is this a bug or what? Somebody shed me some light on this issue…

You will get 0% if the database not greater than 10% in white space. To wit, if the database is 93% used, then you will get 0% on the compact because it is not less than 90% (It may work when it is equal to 90% as well).

It actually compacts those mail databases that have greater than 10% in white space. The problem is they show 0% recovered.

Do these mail file replicate? The 0% could be from that fact they have a huge amount of deletion stubs.
It is hard to give a a solution when there is not enough detail. compact is not broke in 6.5.2. Have you tried to create a database populate it, then compact it?
