Compact -A invalid or nonexistent document

Hello,

A user is over his DB quota. I want to archive his expired documents.

I use the load compact mail\xyz.nsf -A command.

The archiving fails, and I get the message “Error archiving documents from mail\xyz : invalid or nonexistent document”

Mail and archive have iNotes6 template on R8.0.1 server.

Any ideas what the cause of this problem is.

Subject: Compacting

Please archive your mails from inbox and then compact it. once it is done. replace design on server copy. it will work.

Subject: Run a compact -c before you run the compact -A

That will help.
