We are using an IND file with a program document to archive mail databases. This has worked but seems to be causing an issue with some new users. I just added 20 new users to the file and verified the paths. I am getting a LookupHandle error on the console that references null handle on remote server. If I run the command manually for a database it works then allows me to run the IND without complaining!?! The other databases in the IND list did not error out. Am I missing a step for new users or something? Thanks in advance.
