Common Name Revert

I got this problem. The same few names in Domino Directory (Common Name + new OU) will revert to it’s name (Common Name + old OU).

Once this happened, I have to rename it (Request Move to New Certifier). And after a period (e.g 1 month), it will revert again.

Any hands to help me?
