At our office, Entire Software team is using one designer licence only.
We cannot trace individually who is modifying forms / views since it shows modified by that common licence.

Subject: separate or log
You should have a separate notes ID for each user, and they shoudl use that ID when working in designer. Changes will be marked with their ID.
Products like TeamSTudio’s CIAO can also help.
If you insist on having only one ID, then the only way I can see tracking who does what is if nobody is allowed to copy it and you have only one physical ID file that people must “check out” to work with. Compare the timestamp wto who had it checked out. BUT that’s just no way to work.
