Commands in console and Domino Admin Client

Dear All

There is any diffrence between we are issuing a command from console and doing the same from the client

Eg: Suppose I need to replacing the design template of a file

a) Right click on the book markded database and give replace option.

b) Give console command "load convert *

What is the diffrence between these to methode?

Is both have the same effect?

Are both have its on advantage?

Kindly Give your sujections…!
