Command to copy doc link from the @Picklist function

Hi,

May I i know the way to copy the document link which I select from the @Picklist function. I try substituting [IncludeDoclink] into @Command( [EditInsertFileAttachment] ; [IncludeDocLink]) but it’s not running. Could anyone advise the way, perhaps script or whatsover way to resolve this problem? As below is my sampled formula. Thanks ahead.

FYI, I’ve declared the field THEMEREG as a RichText field.
