@command([DesignRefreh]) & paramters?

Hi there,is there a way to refresh a DB’s design with one single click (e.g. per agent)? @command([DesignRefreh]) is fine, but I still have to choose the server, where the template resides - I know, I’m a lazy bastard ;-))
