COM Toolkit - where is it?

I have the COM toolkit 1.0 which applies to Notes/Domino 5.0.2 and older.

The Domino 6 Class documentation has significant additions for Notes/Domino 6, i.e. NotesDocument.GetMIMEEntity().

Where is the appropriate toolkit to make use of this additions in any COM capable language (here: C++)?
