I am able to create a document and save it. Upon saving it, it shows up in the View properly with the appropriate data in each column. When I go and edit the document, and then resave it, the document “disappears” from that view.
The document is still there, I am able to open it, it just does not show the data in the columns like it did upon the initial creation of it.
I have tried rebuilding my views, reimporting my data, checking my forms and fields, but I can’t figure it out.
Any help would be appriciated.

Have you a selection formula for this view?May by that editing the document is changing a field value is related to the selection formula?
Have you some forms named with the same name or alias name? In this case the form field will be altered by editing the document.

I do have a selection formula for this view and it is set to put a value from the document. The document is still in that view you just can’t see it.
ex. Say I have three documents in the view.
-
Cars
-
Trucks
-
Vans
If I made changes to the “Trucks” document and save it: the view looks like:
-
Cars
-
Vans
The document for trucks is still in between the one for Cars and Vans, you can still select the document and edit it but it does not display the data in the Columns.

no more idea but have you a color column and the color value is the same as the background?

No, the color column is set to the default. I did not change it.

I Figured it out, silly me, I forgot that I set the fields to “Rich Text”. After setting them back to “Text” everything worked.
