Maybe I forgot how to do this but it’s buggin me. In notes 6.5.2, how do I make all new emails descend, go from top to bottom or descend? I know there is a setting for “retain the view” in preferences but it’s not working for me when I sort the view.
Thanks,

I’m on 6.5.3 but it works the same: When you are inside your inbox, just click on the column marked; “date” that will shift the order in which email is displayed from oldest first to newest first. If you have “retain view column sorting” set in preferences (user preferences) then it should keep that column sorted the way you want. Hope this helps…

I was clicking on the wrong column. Thanks, it’s working now.
