I’m trying to send a TABULATED information to suppliers who are non-Notes users by using Agent with “Send Mail Message” and “Include a copy of document in the message” option in order to make the data to properly display in table form as if the original document. However, when it reaches yahoo or gmail, the rows and columns of data go haywire. Is there any way to trigger the data to display the columnar data nicely in EXTERNAL MAIL as if the condition in Lotus Notes? Please advise. It’s very much appreciated.
