One of the PC’s on our system is not getting her unread mail showing up in red. The type is in bold and the star is there, but it is not the usual red text. It has to be a local setting because I can view her mail file and the red type shows up. Any ideas on how I can get this issue fixed?

I had the same Problem.
I seems to be an bug in 6.0.1/6.0.1CF1.
Since I made color setting for specific sender, the unread documents are red (and not only a star at the next of the document).
So, I had given ‘nobody@nodomain.com’ colors to not have the problem ![]()

From the help file, under Unread Marks in the index:
In your mail database, messages that you haven’t read appear in red (unless you’ve set colors in the Inbox) and have stars next to their titles.
The link takes you to:
You can specify that messages from certain people always appear in your Inbox view in colors you choose. You can specify both a foreground and background color. For example, you may use one color combination to identify co-workers on an important project, another for your manager, and another for personal messages from friends. You can specify both a foreground and background color for up to three color combinations.
Color combinations you set appear in the Inbox, the All Documents view, and any folders you later create based on the Inbox design. Colors other than red appear on unread messages, so the messages no longer appear in red, but still have red stars.

So how or where do you check these settings? Her mail is coming back with the red stars, but type is in black bold, not red. How do we change it?
