We have laptop users using wireless cards and somewhat slow connections who are getting the error above when logging into 8.5 iNotes using IE. It doesn’t load the whole page just the background and name in the upper left. We’ve reset the browsers back to original settings and cleared temp files.Firefox works ok.
Any help is appreciated.

Since our default is the full mode and you can’t switch to lite because the mode button is not available due to the error, we have not tried lite.I had a user yesterday who was on his Alltel wireless card (seems to be a common thread) and this started happening. He then came in the office and used the WAN connection and still had the error. We reset all IE settings back to default and cleared temp files. All failed.
I converted database to mail8.ntf and it worked. Switched back to mail85.ntf and it failed again.
Reloaded IE7 and that fixed it. It seems that if you have a slow connection something in IE gets corrupted and cannot get reset.
