Challenging question. Is it possible to change the color of the value of the fields on a form when they have changed?

Not directly. In a web application you could use passthru HTML in a computed text area to change the prevailing font color before and after the field. For a Notes client app I don’t believe that would work, but you could display or not display some little symbol beside the changed fields, and it could be in whatever color you like.
Of course, all this depends on having some way to tell which fields have changed.
