What could be the reason that while addressing a new mail to a local group, created in the personal address book, the group content is not expanded when pressing on F9 or sending the mail?
I have understood this must be the default behaviour of Lotus Notes but it does not work. I have checked the note.ini and added the $CollapsePersonalGroups=0, restarted the client but no changes, still not working.
Do you have other pists to investigate ? Thank you in advance.
