We’ve noticed that in reply with histories, some sections in the reply are collapsed & some are expanded. If we expand all or collapse all & reopen the message, the last expand/collapse state is not retained.
Has anybody figured out the logic used to collapse & expand sections within reply with history messages? It seems completely random to me.
