hello all, I have version 8.0.2 and months before I had the Twistie Icon in the view Inbox, but now I have not the Twistie IconDo you help me please.
Subject: Actions>Conversations
From the inbox, click on the menu item at the very top “Actions”. In that list, is “Individual Messages” checkmarked, or is “Conversations” checkmarked? I THINK from what you are describing that you want Conversations.

Online status of person is Available , but I have Coctacts sametime, the strange thing is that in previous emails or old emails I can see the “Online status of person is Available” green icon.
Do you help me please.

I’m sorry - I did not see your additional question until now. I’m not sure what would cause that to not show in the inbox when it is showing in messages. Perhaps a customized inbox view?
