Cluster Failover not working

I am currently experiencing a problem with Domino Clustering. I would like all users to access 1 server out of a cluster so I set the Availability Threshold of the other servers to 100.

I run a sho clust and they show as busy but when I open a database on the other servers I don’t get redirected. I have also tried to set Server_Restriced=2 but this still allows me to open any database I want on that server. Another option I tried was setting the database out of service but this didn’t work either. Can anyone help me out.

I fixed the problem. I was testing with an account with manager access on the database so this was ignoring the threshold.

That document helped me out. Tried with a normal user account and everything worked fine.
