Cluster Databases Fail Over Does Not Work

We created a new cluster. We create replicas of databases so that users fail over automatically to a different replica if the database or server they try to access is unavailable. But database fail over dont work. Mail fail over works perfectly… Do you have an idea why database fail over does not work. Could you please help me.

Missing some informations in file cluster.ncf on client ?

Look for:

AppliCluster1

CN=ApplSrv01/OU=SRV/O=YourDomain

CN=ApplSrv02/OU=SRV/O=YourDomain

Telling client where to fail ower when ApplSrv01 not responding.
