I designed a small application for 8 countries, with a user interface on web, wich works very well,
and a Notes one for admins.
I don’t know wich client was used for creating the profile document, but the Russian fields were well filled -
it means that the web interface displays them correctly (with a cyrillic charset).
When accessing to the base with a Notes client (not sure of the release) by a Citrix farm, it displays crap, i.e. the client does not recognize the coding.
The problems are :
it is on the IBM-Michelin network, and I have unsufficient access to test furthermore,
I cannot update the production DB’s design easily,
I checked ‘render through HTML within Notes’.
I really need some clues to have the admins read the content for this charset (AFAIR 1251).
Maybe is it a post options problem with the web client ?
