Clubusy is not fully initialized yet

In attempting to troubleshoot a problem with an individual user’s free time I have encountred another issue.

when attempting to access the clubusy.nsf database on eithe rone of two clustered mail servers, I am informed that the:

“Database is not fully initialized yet. (It does not contain views.) You will have to use ‘Replicate…’ on the ‘File, Replication’ menu to initialize it.”

I have tried what it suggests to no avail and also recreated it as per Technote #1086471 (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&context=SSKTMJ&context=SSKTWP&context=SSRNU3&context=SSRNUY&q1=recreate+clubusy.nsf&uid=swg21086471&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en)

The original poblem with the user has since been resolved, but I would still like to be able to access this database, for future use.

Sounds like you don’t have access to the db. Check the ACL (use Full Access Admin if you need to . . ) and verify you or a group you are in is listed.

The above problem will happen in between the termination of archival, i had the same issue and i resolved myself, Right clicking on the db (in workspace), go to “application” and select the “Replace design”, select the “mailxx.nsf” then press the replace button, wait until its complete, Some times this will not work(no gurantee), if any important mail you want to retrive or view select the “Discussion-Notes & Web” instead of “mailxx.nsf”, Try it , best of luck, my email id mrengasa@in.ibm.com
