Clients cannot delete attachments (sent from MAC?) in their memos

Hi,

our marketing (notes on W2000 PC) is suffering from memos with attachments, which maybe sent from MACs (via internet): They cannot “get rid of” the attachments, they can delete them with the action "attachment → delete… ", it “disappeares”, but notes is still counting the space, and their mail files reach the quota without any reason.

I think the reason is the fork/source thing, in which MAC stores the files. Because we cannot “teach” all senders to send in a Windows compatible way: Is there any chance for us (as receiver of the mail) to get rid of these attachments?
