This is just a comment from a developer who uses the keyboard constantly for getting around the Notes client and Designer.
To get to database properties>
7 > Alt + F(ile) + D(atabase) + Enter
8 > Alt + F(ile) + Applica(T)ion + Enter
8.5 > Alt + F(ile) + Applica(T)ion + Enter
BUT… in 8.5 Designer we have
Alt + F(ile) + A(pplication) + Enter
I am sure I will learn this variation as well, but I find it really unbelievable that the client and designer now have different keystrokes to get to the same thing.
