Client-to-client replication

I remember I asked some time ago (I can;t seem to find it tho), possibly in connection with Groove, about Notes client-to-client replication. Since 95% of the infrastructure is already there to do it very nicely it seems to me that it could be an easy win for IBM, saving both server bandwidth and increasing resiliency.

Does anyone know anything they can share?
