I have a client that is running the notes 6.5.5 client via Citrix/Windows 2003 Server and every time he tries to create a bookmark to a database, his session locks up. I have rebuilt his data directory a couple of times and he is still encountering the problem. Any thoughts on other things to check?

Not sure what you mean by “rebuilt his data directory a couple times”, but make sure you delete both bookmark.nsf and cache.ndk. If something’s wrong with his bookmarks that will reset the file. He’ll lose all the previously bookmarked db’s and all tookbar customizations as well as private views if you do that… so make sure the user doesn’t need to save any before you do it.
