Every week the Sametime Server and the OS is restarted.The issue is some times sametime clients are not able to connect to the server.Untill the server console or same time task is restart.Please suggest.

This is likely to be the KNOWN issue where the MUX or Sametime server in a cluster has a IP Address with the last Octet greater than the other server. (This is an old issue but worth looking at). Normally effect clustered pairs etc.
This means that the server with the higher final part of the IP address should be restarted last.
