Client Ownership not getting Saved!

Hi ,

 I am facing one problem in my notes client , Whenever I am opening any mail , it is saying that " You are not authorised to access the database " . I have observed that in ADMINISTRATION TAB , Owner field is missing the content. When I am restarting Lotus Notes , it is getting saved automatically . But after few minutes again the same thing is happening. Kindly help me urgenty.

Hai,

    I am not sure about the ADMINISTRATION TAB you are talking about ... but if its the mail documents you are worried about  you can create a form named as memo with a sendto,cc,bcc,subject and body(rtfield) fields and map it to a view... then just copy and paste those documents into your custom view and you will be able to view your mails by double clicking on them.....

this is just a work around that I can think of keeping in mind your so called urgency…and not related to fixing the issue that you have stated…
