Client Mail Rules

We have a mail rule as follows:Subject contains (SPAM) move to folder Junk

this is not working for one user.

If we enter the rule with the word SPAM :No brackets the rule works OK.

If we use any other rule or criteria it works OK even if we put into brackets.

Any suggestions?

Subject: Mail rule number 1 missing

The mail rules start at number 2 when looking at the (Rules) folder so it looks like a rule that we can’t see causing the issue
