Hi all,
I have the problem that I cannot use a freshly installed notes client newer than 6.55 to connect to the domino server
(7.01FP1, but problem already existed with earlier 7.0).
After typing in the password for either local supplied id file
or name and password to retrieve id from server
the client shows a message box “Server error: Entry in index not found”
and the client stopps.
Occassionally but not always it works to install first Notes Client 6.55 and after connecting to the server once upgrading to 7.x.
What can I check on the server to find the cause of this problem.
updall -R didn’t help.
