In the 8.5.1 Client, when “opening” an attachment from an email, it prompts every time for the program to use (this was not a issue with the 7* client). The check box to “use this program every time” is grayed out and not available for selection. I save the attachment to my desktop and windows is already properly setup to handle the file, this seems to be a Notes specific issue. Is there somewhere I can tell notes to always just use the windows default for the file being opened? Or is there another solution? Any help is greatly appreciated.
