Client Crash when copy/paste contents from a website

We have serveral users, where the client chrashes immediatley, when these user copy contents from a website and paste this in to a new memo.

The nsd file says the following:

We are using Lotus Notes 8.5.1. FP2 Standard as Multi-User Installation.

Does anyone have an idea about the reason for these crahses?

Subject: Might be malformed HTML

You can select “Paste Special” from the edit menu and select something other then HTML. See if it still crashes or renders correctly. Normally you will have HTML, RichText and PlainText.
