Client Archiving Issue

Hi,

I have to keep my mail file size to less than 100 MB, So I need to archive the mail database.

I have set a archive criteria that all doc older than 15 days should be removed from my mail file to archive database,

But when the archive shedule runs Documents copied to the archive database but they are not removed from my mail file.

I tried to select a particular document and arhive this from Tools>Archive>Archive selected document and this works.

but when I try to remove documents >15 days this does not remove document from my mail database.

I selected the setting :Copy documents into my archive application specified here, then clean up this application.but still this is not working.

Any suggestions…

Did you look at your Archive Log? Local Notes Log? There may be clues in them.

Yes In archive log this shows 10 documents copied or like this.

The documets copied to the archive datbase but the are not remove from the mail file.

I want to archive database to free space.

Have you looked at your Archive Settings? I seem to recall that there is an option to remove the archived documents from the mail file.
