I have two mail files in my workspace and I can access. One is mine, the other is Test User’s mail file which I use for testing purpose. I log in as my own user id. When I click Open->Mail or File->New->message, it always open test user’s mail file. Same thing happens to calendar, task.
Can some one helps here? any help will be greatly appreciate.

Subject: You should setup a seperate location document for the second user.
Select from menu: File > Locations > Manage Locations,Basically the location name, mail server, mail file name and User ID to switch to should be different for each location document.
For more details, please search “location” in Online help.
