We’re upgrading people from 6.5.4 to 8.0.2. The clients on the workstations and laptops are working fine. The client installed on our Citrix server is giving us an issue. The links from the “open list”/bookmark bar return an error “Invalid directory name or device not ready” when the users click on them. It is happening to all users, so I know it is not an individual bookmark.nsf file. I was able to run the client on Citrix in basic mode, which DOES work, but we’d like to have run in standard just like their workstation.
Do you have any suggestions or solutions? Thanxx in advance…
