Citrix and Images from Shared Resources

Hi,

A company called us to help them with an issue with Citrix. Since the upgrade to 6.5.4, Citrix’s users cannot see images on forms - rather they see a red x. I am not at all a Citrix expert so I have no clue… Normal notes client can see images, no problem. Can somebody help me?

Hi.Seems that you use a proxy and for citrix sessions there is no proxy defined (or the wrong one).

My customer just told me that they are not using Proxy for the Internet… But they were not sure about domino, they don’t know where to check and me either?.. Could it be something else?? I really don’t know where to check…
