I have a client that chrashes when trying to print anything in Lotus Notes. The client can print, word. notepad, etc.
We have gone so far as give her a new PC and the problem has not gone away.
Think its the mail file ?
Do I have to create a new one ?

We had a similar issue that seemed to only effect the notes client. Even after a reload of the pc the issue came back. We finally removed the print driver from the network since it was the same driver everytime the problem followed even after the reload. Since replacing the print driver we have not had another crash in notes from printing. So I would try that before creating a new id, it is very quick so even if it doesn’t work at least your print driver is up to date.
