Hello I was wondering if it was possible to have two email address’s and have the ability to choose which one goes out to the intended recipient.Maybe some sort of checkbox or and or operator.Basically a user wants to choose which email address goes out so one will be personal and one will be for business.I thought about installing another notes client or web access client but curious to see if it can be done through just one notes client.Maybe some sort of programing might be in order any ideas will be appreciated. I have very limited skills in designer. Thanks

Keep in mind that when you add domain2.com to the Servers configuration then all users immediately become addressable on both @domain1.com and @domain2.com. Even if all users do not send out on the other domain.
Of course if your trying to get to a situation where a user can send as Joe.Bloggs@domain1.com and sales@domain1.com. Then there’s no issue.

Mike I am not changing the server configuration file all i did was create 2 connection documents through the lotus notes client so the user has to possible choices of sending out via his lastname@abc.com and group@abc.com. he will choose which email address he wants to be seen by changing his connection doc.I tested it out and works fine, thanks for the response.
