Chinese holidays

Hi,

Does anybody know why there is no chinese holidays within server’s Address book? I also tried to find them from ‘pubnames.ntf’ -for nothing.

When user gives a deadline, LS script validation checks national holidays and increases given deadline -if necessary.

How to import holidays for India and China

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&context=SSKTMJ&context=SSKTWP&dc=DB560&dc=DB520&q1=holiday+and+china&uid=swg21225067&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en

Problem

There are no holidays listed for China or India.

Lotus Notes has a list of preset holidays that you can add to your calendar for different countries, or religions. To import holidays, open the calendar in your mail database and go to Menu → Actions → Tools → Import Holidays. There is no entry in the pop-up for China or India.

Solution

To work around the issue, add holidays manually as follows:

Below is a list of some Indian Holidays. There are additional religious ones that would need to be added for Hindu, Islam, etc.
