Checksum Error while Updating Domino 6.0.1 to CF1 under Linux

Hi to all,

after a succesfull installation of an

Suse 8.2 and an Domino 6.0.1 we want to install

the Domino 6.0.1 CF1 also, but we get an checksum error and the installation fails.

Any ideas?

A checksum error is usually caused by the downloaded file being corrupted. I would try to download the CF1 patch again.

Hi Salvador,

thanx, but i think my expression was not clear.

I can unpack the tar file and run the ./install script, but it shows the error below.

Error validating installation settings:

upgrade: Checksum for file editor.jar is not valid.

The installation cannot proceed for the local host.

I downloaded the CF1 pack a second time and then it didn´t extract. On all of our linux servers the effect is the same!
