I am redesigning an application and have a group of documents that contain a Status field, which is a checkbox field.
The documents represent a list of tasks, some of which are completed (checked), others are not.
I am copying the documents from one view to another (manually in client), and then using an agent to display the task list on the web.
When the list is displayed, none of the checkboxes are checked. If I go to the view and double click the document, the field is checked.
If I edit the document, through the view, remove the check and check the box again and return to my web list, then the checkbox is checked.
Why is the checkbox value not being recognized initially? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I have hundreds of records and do not want to manually have to edit each one.
