Checkbox field - Prompt - Mailsend

Hello.

I have form with 5 field

  1. Date : @created

  2. Author : using address book

  3. Model no : text

  4. Drafter : using address book

  5. Checkbox : Tested and Not tested (2 option)

and button for mail send to Drafter.

When author fills model number and sends mail to Drafter for testing using button. The Drafter has to check mark whether tested or not tested. When Drafter clicks either Tested or Not tested then prompt has to be appear to fill feedback and when Drafter press OK button the mail has to go back to Author saying Tested or Not tested and feedback details.

Can anyone help me in coding…

before send please check the field is checked or not checked and feedback field if itsok then send it to author.

Hi

When You save the document from Intiator use the DocStatus(text field) which should be hidden.change the status ie from 0 to 1.now at next level when drafter will fill his comments freeze the document & send Mail to intitator…
