Hi,
Using Lotus C API on Windows, can anybody give me some idea how we can check whether a previous instance of an EXE is running or not. With this i can avoid loading multiple instances of the same EXE.
Thanks,

Subject: Check for multiple instance running
That’s a Win32 API issue and has nothing to do with Lotus C API. If you mean any EXE then you’ll have to use FindWindow (if there is a window) or EnumProcesses if there is no window.
Here’s a VB example of FindWindow: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/185730
