I am running sametime 8.5 with domino 8.5.1. users use inotes for chat, some get an ugly chat window pop up, but other users get the correct one. I have checked java and both users are running the same version. So I don’t know why it works sometimes,if it was the server then it would always fail or always work, any suggestions?

an ugly chat window pop upIs it possible to give more detail on what you are seeing. Are both the chat originator and the chat recipient using iNotes (and STLinks), or is the chat partner using installed “rich” sametime connect client or Notes with integrated Sametime capability?
