Changing the TeamRoom 6.0 Basic Form

Hello,

I am looking in to modifying the TeamRoom basic document template to not include the Review By fields. I have only done some basic LotusScript agents, and have not done much more with the Domino Designer yet. To modify the Form, would I just remove the unnecessary fields? Or would I also have to remove any functions or other information associated with those fields?

Any suggestions in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

really, shouldn’t you first learn a bit more about designing forms before you try to change the teamroom template? 1. Just to remove a field on a form is fine, as long as the field is not used somewhere else (eg. display in a view etc.).

  1. you need to ensure that your changes aren’t overwritten by the template
