Is it possible to change the date/time of the notes server from the administrator client?

In most recent versions of Domino (including all of the 6.x code stream) the default is to use the underlying OS time. If I remember rightly a notes.ini setting was later added to let you tell Domino to keep track of time itself (as it used to in earlier versions). But, generally, you’d be better off sticking with the OS handling this.
If it’s the time format that’s a problem, this can generally be fixed by altering the default country settings in the registry (Windows servers).
If you find the time’s wandering on your server, then this article might help (although I think these issues should be largely resolved by 6.x)
