I am trying to change all my users notes.ini so that I can move the keyview.ini from the program file to a temporary folder on their pc so that it disables it. I read in a tech note that this is possible through the following:
ViewerConfigFile=C:\My Temp Foler\keyview.ini
I have created a field on the desktop policy document and named it ViewerConfigFile. I have put the value up above in the field value on the doc.
Can someone please advise what I am doing wrong.
We would like to disable the viewer due to the vulnerabilities stated in the 10/23/07 tech note for the file viewer.
We are not ready to update to 7.0.3 at this time.
